Free People is a lifestyle brand that actually follows through on their title: in addition to being the largest retailer of organic beauty and wellness products in America, they have a huge commitment to healthy, sustainable food. That’s why for the Gather Dinner Free People employed the talents of Chef Greg Glowatz, who exclusively used farm-to-table ingredients from The Farm at Doe Run. Dishes served included a green vegetable salad, roasted beet salad “carpaccio”, butternut squash “ravioli” and apple crumble.
The congregation enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and wine prepared by Malvira Roero Nebbiolo Trinita Reserva, La Spinet Toscana Vermentino and Contratto for England Rose Brut before settling down for dinner. Models at the event shared their night on Instagram and Snapchat.
