Cara Bares Her Bum for Tom Ford

Cara Delevingne poses for the Mario Sorrenti-lensed Tom Ford Black Orchid FW14 campaign. Courtesy of Tom Ford Beauty.

The girl with the most enviable eyebrows on the planet is baring her equally enviable bum for Tom Ford’s new Black Orchid fragrance campaign.

Photographed by Mario Sorrenti, Cara Delevingne lounges, suggestively submerged in a dark pool highlighted by purple orchid flowers. Her sultry stare and sleek hair are piercing through Sorrenti’s lens. Cara’s dark nails clutch the bottle — equal parts masculine simplicity and feminine luxury. Tom Ford Black Orchid (a mix of its namesake black orchids and spices) is as sensual, rich, and dark as the photo.

Considering she’s also on the September cover of Vogue, a bonafide Instagram superstar, and the fact that this campaign is a drop in the hat considering how many other campaigns she’s racked up this season, Cara has pretty much already won Fall/Winter 2014.

Naomi Campbell IS the World Cup Trophy

Germany really lucked out in their World Cup win this year — the trophy they’ll take home looks an awful lot like super model Naomi Campbell! Well, just like the 24 carat gold plated Beats Pro headphone she’s wearing while dressed as the trophy, decked out in Tom Ford and Christian Louboutin.

Germany’s 23 players and their manager will take home the Beats by Dre headphones in honor of their win, you can get a similar pair here, or you can just enjoy Naomi Campbell GIFing out as shot by fashion photog Rankin below:

Love Hits Fashion: Chanel Iman Says Yes To A$AP Rocky + Tom Ford Gets Hitched

Tom Ford quietly married his partner of 27 years, Richard Buckley, in the US, announcing the marriage at an Apple store event in London. The couple has one son together, one and a half year old Alexander John Buckley Ford.

Page Six (so take that as you will) reports that Chanel Iman and A$AP Rocky are secretly (well not anymore!) engaged. Chanel hasn’t been seen with a ring just yet, but we’re looking forward to seeing what kind of diamond the styled rapper comes up with for the model.

Congrats all around.

Bright, Shimmering Beauty Hope

Officially, it’s spring. The weather has yet to catch up (though the sun is shining today) but we’re ready, you know? Enough of the doldrums, the winter blues, and seasonal affective disorder. It’s time to shed the shadows (metaphorically and otherwise) and step into the light! Floral fragrances, dewy skin, and hot colors abound.

Byredo — Flowerhead — First things first, we need to get the mood right. And seriously, sometimes nothing helps more than a good whiff of something fantastic. Enter Byredo’s latest fragrance, Flowerhead. Riffing on the major floral power invested in Indian weddings, this is a rich scent with an overwhelming sense of exotic flowers — the kind of thing we like to be overpowered and intoxicated by. It’s hot. It might help keep us warm enough until actual summer, when real flowers can mingle with our eau de parfum.

Coast to Coast — Skin Illuminating Cleansing Water — Next up — that glow. The one that you can only get a few different ways… And also with proper skincare. Step one? Eradicating any sign of dull, dark, sad times. Coast to Coast’s cleanser is tops for this. A no-rinse formula with sweet orange, it purifies our skin, gets rid of makeup, all without wasting a drop of water. (Great in the instance that you should you find yourself in a desert, on the go, or in the company of green enthusiasts.)

Caudalie — Eau de Raisin — And aprés-cleansing? Hydrate yourself back to healthy with the help of Caudalie’s mist. After cleansing, after moisturizing, heck, even after makeup. Mist away, pretty kids.

MAKE UP FOR EVER — HD Blush in 210 — And then there’s makeup, something we’ll need less of when the mercury rises. One of the products sure to make the cut? A super lightweight cream blush. Though it’s a new color, you’ve seen this before, flushing the cheeks of Mad Men‘s gorgeous Christina Hendricks. And if it works for her…

Tom Ford — Lip Color Sheer — Sheer is sexy, and it’s new this season for Tom Ford Beauty. Warmer temps mean lighter layers, and the guy who does sex better than anyone has us feeling the need to pare down — but in the right ways. Sheer, shimmering colors will undoubtedly be stunning against the backdrop of a perfect, glowing tan. Soon, soon. Our fave? Pink Dune, a sexy, pink-y buff that will be perfectly matched to our nails…

Tom Ford — Nail Lacquer in Incandescent — Molten, vast, sunlit beaches come to mind. Swipe this on and languor poolside, or at the very least, stare down at your fingernails as you type and imagine doing just that. Spring is just the beginning of the hot fun to come, after all. Might as well get ourselves acquainted.

STYLE SCOOP: Hello Kitty Does Playboy, André Leon Talley And Tom Ford Do Numéro

Well, she finally broke down. Hello Kitty did Playboy in celebration of the glossy’s 40th anniversary. The collaboration is available at Colette, and if you wanted to get us something, the mug would be a-ok. (Good morning!)

Pat Cleveland! Tom Ford! André Leon Talley! Conrad Bromfield’s muscles! It’s all in the March issue of Numéro, thanks to Mr. Talley pulling Tom Ford et al in for a rather exposed shoot. Into it.

Going All Night with Tom Ford and Ruby Woo

We’ve done our duty testing a few different lipsticks, grading them on their durability in various holiday situations, but after further experimentation, we have discovered the key to really making it through champagne, mistletoe, and four-course dinners with lipstick intact. In these cold winter months, you have to layer if you want to make it through the biting cold alive – and the same goes for your lip color.

After extensive research (I take this beauty stuff seriously,) I found that starting with a heavy-handed base of MAC’s vintage matte Ruby Woo, allowing it ample time to set, then following up with a lush Vampire Kiss from Tom Ford does the trick. Important to note: it may be named after Dracula’s counterpart but there’s nothing gothic about the Tom Ford color; t’s deep but cheery, and perfect for this time of year.

Four hours of dinner party conversation (including a sad toast to Paul Walker, the news of who’s death reached us mid-dinner,) several glasses of wine and a taste of port later, I’m happy to report that my lipstick remained surprisingly, impressively, fully in place. There was no end-of-the-evening-unintentional-lip-liner look happening – layering actually worked. Though the lipstick stayed on my lips, my wine glass also got its fair share of color. I’m not sure my host appreciated it, but I certainly liked knowing which glass was mine.

So will  you layer it on when going in for the long haul?
