Essentially living up to its name, The Collection has added an entirely other restaurant, the rather succinctly monikered Kitchen 264. Exec chef Oded Oren (coolest chef name ever) was plucked from Tel Aviv, and applies his talents with fruits de mer to a rather fascinatingly original Mediterranean menu.
To wit, sea bream tartare (who knew?), lamb stuffed calamari, and grouper ceviche with avocado all populate the eclectic menu. Pull up to the bar after dinner for an Italian Job cocktail or one of its signature champagne libations. The gorgeous exposed brick space is equally dramatic and romantic.
