This updated version of a legendary Miami steakhouse does pricey classics sublimely – think grilled whole branzino, two-pound Maine lobsters, a stocked raw bar and those decadent porterhouses and ribeyes. The menu beckons diners to “accessorize” those steaks with smoked bacon, king crab and black truffles for maximum indulgence. A hi-tech Enomatic graces the wine bar. The decor is like a SoBe version of Versailles – which is not as ridiculous as it sounds.
