An updated version of the time-honored noodle house, this casual restaurant serves traditional noodle dishes from Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, China, and Vietnam. The beige room is enlivened by textural touches of polished wood, natural grasses, and glass jars full of–you guessed it–noodles. Favored by a younger crowd who can’t quite afford the Bellagio’s pricier offerings and aren’t really steak people anyway.
