NOW OPEN: The West End Bar In Westwood
Here’s a West Side story without choreographed dancing involved: The West End Bar – an American bar and neighborhood kitchen, now open in Westwood. Everything is locally-sourced here, from the craft cocktail menu ingredients (house-soaked bourbon cherries and pomegranate grenadine made in-house), to the mixologist and chef (Santa Monica-born Alex Ohayon). Ohayon cooks up creative small plates, like custom-blend burgers and duck rillette, though we’re not going to lie: our favorite meal is in the liquids.
FRIDAY: Teddy’s Opens At Roosevelt Hotel
After a year-long-ish power nap, our favorite Teddy has finally reopened: Teddy’s at Roosevelt Hotel. This unmarked celebrity-loved lounge is flanked with chandelier, arches, and an island bar. Open only on Friday nights, expect wild nights you won’t remember on Saturdays. Reservations are expected.
