Perry Street

Jean-Georges at large in Richard Meier’s annoying glass tower. Minimal décor of grays, beiges, and whites is inevitably sleek and clean. Rabbit medallions, red tuna in a rice cracker crust, steamed black bass. Lobster’s a budget buster but decadently good, butter-poached and served with Peruvian potatoes and Béarnaise.
