Sushi is sublime, of course, while the Japanese bouillabaisse, lamb carpaccio, and yellowtail pastrami distinguish. $135 nets the full omakase, but you have to take off your shoes first. Architect Tadao Ando’s interior is a vision of the future, in that Wallpaper* sort of way.
