Asian-inflected American and a little bit punk in its presentation, the menu here is seasonal and completely dependent on the market at Chef David Chang’s two Michelin-starred, $175 per person, 17-course, tasting menu-only flagship. No menus posted online means you’re in for a surprise. With the move to Extra Place comes about twice as many barstools (now with backs), surrounding the chefs at work in a U-shaped theater.
