Il Buco

What began as an antique shop in 1994 is now one of the most classic and unique restaurants in New York. It’s an unbelievably romantic date spot, more so if you’re seated in the 200-year-old wine cellar. The Italian-Spanish menu is seasonal and always changing, but no matter when you go, be sure to get a few appetizers to share (burrata and crudo), a pasta dish, and the fish of the day. And of course, whichever Italian wine that the sommelier suggests.
