Fine, fad-free Tuscan, farm-to-table fare from chef Marco Canora (Gramercy Tavern, Craft). Rabbit ballotine, smoked veal tongue, and duck ham in the house made charcuterie; gorgeous veal and ricotta meatball; delicious pastas. Definitely order the butter-drenched gnocchi. Great wine list (heavy on the Riesling), check the blackboard for other drinks. There‚Äôs also an available tasting menu — a worthy splurge. Sit at the kitchen bar to watch the action.
