Soho spot takes inspiration from Charlie Parker, gets creative on an Italian-accented menu. Chef Ryan Hardy of Aspen’s The Little Nell turns out a Greenmarket array, long Island fish, suckling piglets, bone marrow with anchovies. Wine program is equally ambitious, overseen by sommelier Robert Bohr. Old-school tenement interior updated with street art, neon, color pics. Back garden for chill summer nights. Lots of pretty people.
