The Bohemian is one of those famed urban secrets that requires you to get their unlisted number from someone who’s dined there before in order to make a reservation. It’s hidden behind a butcher like oh so many speakeasies and, because of all this hype, easy to expect disappointment. But the restaurant delivers without the gimmicks. The washu beef short rib sashimi is, yes, raw, but a must-order for so much delicate flavor packed into tiny bites. Or just order the no-nonsense branzino; a standard recipe with unbelievable flavor.
