Don’t let your 35th-floor vista of Central Park distract you from Norie Sugi’s culinary innovations. Namely, Caesar salad soup and ace cote de boeuf. Asian inflections round out the menu. Finish with mango soufflé. Windowside tables require substantial advance booking, but way worth it. Everything about this place is over the top, right down to the price tag.
