2014 debut of Butter Group’s Richie Akiva and Scott Sartiano’s hotshot Manhattan transplant bodes well for future. Celebs still flock here, Leo, LiLo, Kevin Connolly, Scott Disick for fancy cocktails, hot DJ talent, and overall fawning treatment. Go with someone who knows someone.

Veritable parade of celebs, Kelly Rutherford, Leo Dicaprio, A-Rod, Sofia Vergara, assorted Kardashians. Pricey Italo classics, veal Milanese, penne primavera, along with serious filets and ribeyes. Pair with Roederer Cristal Brut, but of course. Glamorous atmo morphs into buzzy lounge scene as evening carries on.

Red Stixs

Swanky Chinese in posh mod space that looks more Tribeca than Southampton. Chef Skinny Mei’s menu takes few chances, familiar glazed spare ribs, scallion panckes, followed by assorted noodle and dumpling options – but all done with contempo flair. Michael Strahan and Simon Cowell have warmed its gleaming white seats.
