Surreal space of booze by the bottle. Old style British-appointed hotel lobby classic with Victorian wallpaper, Korean pop. Unlikely hotspot provides understated kitsch in spades, plus anonymity to cool celebs like Peter Skarsgaard. Free, crazy Korean tapas.
That whole “speakeasy” thing will never die and, quite frankly, we’re cool with that, thanks to this flashy, low-key-ish joint in Koreatown. It’s worth the trouble, considering the swanky digs, stiff cocktails and an attached food window.
