Holy Sh*t. March is almost over which means that we’re thisclose to April. That means it’s Spring Break time and before in the blink of an eye we’ll be in full-on bathing suit season. So the question is this: how are you doing with you New Year’s Resolution? Have you successfully sworn off the sins of gluten and sugar? If you’re guiltily looking at a 3/4-eaten breakfast doughnut, fear not. The world is more health-obsessed than ever but thanks to the rapid proliferation of health-driven trends it can be hard to keep up. Fear not: let’s review some of the newest and chicest ways to get back on track while 2015 is still young.
EAT (& DRINK) RIGHT
You’ve probably done a juice cleanse at some point in the last three years, so try something new with The Splendid Spoon’s Soup Cleanses. Hearty enough enough to keep you full and light enough to still feel, well, cleansing. Pick between 1, 2, and 3 day options.
Everything, it seems, is charcoal-infused these days. The latest item to get an infusion of this potent ingredient? Your lemonade. Unsurprisingly, the key to charcoal’s sudden ubiquitousness lies in its detoxification abilities. Our fave blended juices, LuliTonix has their own take on the trend in the shape of Black Magic: Activated Charcoal Elixir. Fear not though, it tastes like Lemonade.
If you wanna go full-cleanse about it, Lulitonix has incorporated the new supercharged beverage into their Forward Motion cleanse.
RESTOCK YOUR GYM BAG

Add a pop of print to your workout with a pair of Prismsport’s festive leggings.

REVIVE YOUR SKIN
For an extensive and luxurious experience, hit up expert aesthetician Jillian Wright, whose new Oxygeneo facial boosts nutrients in the skin. If you can’t make it to Wright’s tiny haven on the Upper East Side, try her glow-making Mitoenergy Peptide Serum in combination with her new Premium Reserve Night Cream.
In a pinch, head to the Kiehl’s flagship off Union Square which has a menu of mini-facials that are just 30-45 minutes.
GET FIT FOR SUMMER
Starting March 30th–that’s in five days–Crunch will add to their already expansive class roster. Check out Beach Body–a total body conditioning class or Beach Body Circuit Party where you’ll find beach inspired stations with props like beach balls.
Crunch also goes beyond the basics when it comes to spinning, referred to simply as “The Ride,” by the gym, which now offers 10 variations on the theme, split into three categories: Road Rides for straightforward athletic training, Rhythm Rides with curated soundtracks and Remixed Rides which get it all done–think spinning + yoga, or + weights, or + foam rolling.
Come April 1st, Flatiron gets a new boutique studio to get excited about. Shadowbox, coming to 20th Street, will bring the streamlined nature we’ve come to expect from boutique classes to the typically grungier sport of boxing.
