Shia LaBeouf has been arrested for pushing a man who appoached him and said “Hitler did nothing wrong” at his installation video outside of the Museum of the Moving Image. LaBeouf, who has set up a video of himself protesting Donald Trump’s presidency to continue for the next four years. LaBeouf encouraged viewers of the installation to chant “He will not divide us!” into the camera, which is situated below a white wall with the same phrase written above it:

In retaliation Trump supporters have attempted to block the lense with “Make America Great Again” signs and, now, neo-Nazism. LaBeouf has already confronted many of these people, but things got physical when LaBeouf gave a light shove to a man supporting Hitler. NYPD officers arrested LaBeouf and charged him with misdemeanor assault and a harrassment violation before being released.
