Paul Oveisi of Momo’s in Texas brings a taste of Austin to the central Village. Menu takes inspiration from the Lone Star State, features brisket tacos, “grown up” grilled cheese, and a burger topped with fried egg. No reasons to quit specialty drinks like the Pancho and Lefty: Espolón Reposado tequila, Drambuie, chipotle syrup, and orange bitters. Classic interior kitted out with candles, black and white tile floors. As in Austin, focus is on the music―both local and national bands play through seven nights a week.
