The trailer features clips of interviews with everyone from director Ang Lee to musician and personal friend of Ledger’s Matt Amato, who explains in the video: “He wanted fame — and then when he got it, he didn’t want it.”

Ledger died in January 2008 due to complications with prescription drugs. He had at the time already separated from his girlfriend, actress Michelle Williams, with whom he fathered a daughter, Matilda.
